FSTUB: Fixed some bugs with new storage drivers. FSTUB: Optimized retrieving disk basic geometry information along with disk size. FSRTL: Fixed memory corruption when pruning tunnel cache. This is required for storage stack replacement. PNP: Improved and refactored PnP notifications. 
PNP: Enumerate the device tree after loading boot drivers and HAL. PNP: Install mouse driver on NEC PC-98 series. IO: Fixed a few bugs in hard error reporting mechanism that causes freezing, when ejecting a CD manually. IO: Fixed IRP stack location check when forwarding IRPs synchronously. 
IO: Fixed a major race condition causing ReactOS to crash intermittently when USB hubs are present. IO: Rewritten letter assigning to disks to make NT5-compliant. This fixes regression that Unix drives are not assigned a drive letter. MM: Fixed an obscure BSoD with Standard HAL, under QEMU and Microsoft Virtual PC 2004. MM: Correctly handle size of raw data. KE: Fixed a kernel stack exhaustion with SEH.
